Overview:
The DJI FPV Goggles utilize the DJI HDL FPV Transmission to provide pilots with remarkable HD resolution for both viewing screens. Pilots can now enjoy both superb image quality and a minimum latency.

The FPV Goggles V2 improve upon the performance of the V1 goggles by offering a number of significant upgrades, including a higher refresh rate, improved resolution in low-latency mode, and other up-to-date improvements.

The most significant upgrade is the improved refresh rate, which has been increased from 120 Hz to 144 Hz. Although that might not seem like a major improvement, it is significant when you’ve got a drone moving at more than 60 miles per hour. You need as much visual information as possible and received as quickly as possible.

Inside the googles the live video stream is viewed via two built-in 2″ screens, each sporting a resolution of 1440 x 810. Playback of the 810p stream is meant to look smooth with the screens’ 144 Hz refresh rate and video transmission at 60 fps in High-Quality mode, or 120 fps in Low-Latency mode. The field of view is adjustable from 30 to 54° to optimize comfort and help piloting, and on a fully charged battery there is up to 110 minutes of viewing time.
